Frequently asked questions

Can't find your answer? Write to us — we're happy to help.

When can I buy grapes?

The harvest season usually runs from September to October. Exact dates depend on the weather and the variety. Before the season we accept advance orders (pre-sale).

Which varieties do you grow?

Varieties available this season: [ODMIANY]. We confirm current availability with every order.

How do I place an order?

Choose a product from our offer or send us an e-mail. We will confirm availability, quantity and the pick-up or shipping date.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online payments are handled by Stripe: payment card, BLIK and Przelewy24. We have no access to your card details and do not store them.

Do you ship grapes by courier?

Yes, within Poland. We ship grapes on the day they are picked, in packaging that protects the bunches. The delivery cost is given when you order. You can also collect in person at the vineyard by appointment.

How does pick-your-own work?

You book a time slot, come to the vineyard, get containers and pick the grapes yourself. At the end we weigh your harvest and you pay for the actual amount.

How many grapes do I need to make wine?

Roughly 1.3–1.6 kg of grapes per 1 litre of wine, depending on the variety, ripeness and pressing method. For larger orders we are happy to help you choose the right amount.

Can I return grapes?

Grapes are perishable goods, so under Art. 38(1)(4) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to them.

However, if the goods do not conform to the contract (e.g. they arrived damaged or spoiled), you are entitled to file a complaint. Contact us — ideally on the day of delivery — and attach photos of the parcel.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes. Please provide your invoice details (including your tax ID) when placing the order.

How should I store grapes?

In the fridge at 0–4°C, unwashed, ideally in the original packaging. Wash them just before eating. Stored this way they stay fresh from a few days up to about a week.
